This website is operated and maintained by Berry Towne Crafts. Berry Towne Crafts is an artisan program for the residents of O’Berry Center located in Goldsboro, North Carolina. We are a cluster of group homes providing services to the 300 individuals who reside here. We are a part of the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services and have been providing care to individuals with developmental disabilities for more than 50 years.

In addition to this website we also maintain a retail store where we sell products created in our artisan programs. Our retail store is located in a beautifully recreated hand hewn log cabin located in a pecan grove on our campus. Please visit our store if you are ever in the Goldsboro area. We are easily accessible from either Highway 70 or Highway 117: Enter the main entrance of O'Berry Center on Old Smithfield Road (state highway 581), turn immediately to the left onto Campus Drive, proceed about 300 yards, and look for Berry Towne Crafts in the log cabin on the left.

Each package is wrapped with care by our residents and staff to ensure your items arrive on time and in good condition. All of our products are shipped via Priority Mail or Parcel Post through the United States Postal Service. Our shipping costs are based on the weight of the items purchased.

Damaged Shipments

If the item you order arrives damaged, please contact the Postal Service immediately and hold the product and original packaging for the Post Office to inspect and give further instructions.

Refund Policy

We strive to offer only the highest quality products. All of the Soaps, Personal Care products, Pottery, and other Arts and Craft items found on this website have been handmade and created by the men and women who reside at O’Berry Center in Goldsboro, N.C. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with anything you purchase from Berry Towne Crafts, just return the item within 15 days in its original packaging in unused condition, and we will cheerfully refund your money (minus shipping charges).
